Kodomo no Hi "Children's Day"

This week is Golden Week here in Japan.

Mommy and daddy took me to the seawall behind our house to see all of the carp flags. Japanese put these carp flags out to celebrate
children. A family will celebrate by putting these carp flags outside of their house...

Koinobori (The large carp at the top represents the father, the second carp represents the mother, and the third carp represents their children.) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kodomo_no_hi

Here I am with the carp flags.
