My new shirt

I went on a long car ride the other day to Naha. While there we went to a pet store and I got this new shirt. It is nice and cool for the summer because it is a mesh material.

The proof is in the pudding

I love my new food and here is the proof...mommy filled half of my food bowl with the new food (which is the dark brown triangular shaped food) and the other half with my old food which is the light brown. You can see which I ate first.

What mommy did tonight.

Mommy made her friend a cake for her shop tonight. I was at her feet just waiting for that tasty frosting to fall but mommy was really careful not to drop anything.

New Food & Medicine

As you all can see from my last post about my new toy, I am back in the cone! I starting itching again, rubbing my face all against my bed and the carpet, and licking my paws. I have a little red rash of red bumps all over my body. I had these same symptoms a few months ago and the vet put me on antibiotics and steroids thinking it was just a skin infection. I did clear up but I started itching again about a week after finishing my meds. Mommy took me back to the vet yesterday. The vet is now thinking that I have food allergies. The food I had been eating was a sensitive stomach food made with chicken. The vet put me back on antibiotics for two weeks and a steroid for 5 days. Mommy switched my food to one that isn't made with any chicken or beef.

My New Toy

Mommy and daddy took me to the seawall behind our house today, because there was a festival going on. I was very excited to see all the people, but I got a little overwhelmed after a little bit. A lot of people were petting me and I love it! We could only stay out for a little while because it is to hot for me outside. After we all took a little nap, we went to a couple of pet stores and they bought me this new toy. I am loving this new toy. It is the first thing I got out of my toybox when I woke up this morning.

What my mommy has been up to

My mommy has been busy baking. I have been busy eating all of the powdered sugar that falls on the floor when she is making icing.

Stay tuned because she is going to be baking some cupcakes in ice cream cones and also making a bone cake for my friend Bambi's birthday the first week in July.

My great gifts... I got a ball that automatically moves, a French bulldog washcloth, a chew toy, and this cool balloon that Meg made for me. Thank you guys so much.

Day with Bambi

Last week my friend Bambi came over to play while our mommies made a Barbie cake. I was a big bully though and chased Bambi all over the house. He had to find refuge under the kithen table.
Bambi is thinking here that he will be safe... yeah right I still came after him!
While our mommies went to the store we shared my room. It was very weird to have a roomate!
Here we are trying to see if we can see what was going on.
Here was their final product. Not bad for their first try. Bambi and I did not get a piece. :(
